This service offers three different plans ranging from $5.95 to $17.30 per month based on how many active payees you have. With their Lite plan you can have five active payees per month, the standard supports 15 and the premier allows up to 25. Or you could choose any of these plans and just pay an extra 75 cents per extra payee.
StatusFactory gives you the liberty to pay from multiple accounts from any bank, but using a credit card to pay bills is not supported. They also do not provide printed copies of your bills.
StatusFactory can receive all your bills if you choose. E–bills are displayed online and paper bills are scanned into a digital format. You can view all your billing data on one page so you always know the status of your bills. You save time filing and opening your statements. You have access to your billing information for twelve months and StatusFactory supports Quicken, MS Money and Excel CSV downloads.
StatusFactory offers unique, customizable setups for your payment schedule. For example, you can establish that you want to pay $125.00 on your credit card every month, pay your electric bill in full every month and be reminded ten days before any bill is due. You decide which bills to send to StatusFactory and you control how much gets paid and when. You can make payments using multiple accounts from several banks though your payment methods have to be approved by StatusFactory before you can initiate the service.
In order to set up StatusFactory’s bill pay service, you do have to redirect the bills you want them to pay to StatusFactory.
StatusFactory offers support via telephone or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
